Cheaters Can Win To?... |
| Fritz from Laguna, Philippines says (7/Jun/2003): |
I used to hate the past games cuz' I can't win with my "little" 3-hit mini-combos. I always lose. But now, I love this game. I can even beat my enemy even he/she can trap me with his/her great and infinite combos. Thanks to Tron Bonne, Blackheart and Sentinel. They can counter enemies or even trap them by just a single press on the button. Whatta game. I really really love it.

Now this is Ichiban! |
| Ouroboros_WolfRaider from Ryukyu says (18/Apr/2002): |
When I first saw MvC 2, I thought I might be seeing the doom of the series, just like most sequels do. Nope, I was wrong. MvC 2 was just as great as its predecessor MvC. With more characters from the universes of Capcom and Marvel, MvC 2 combines all characters from Marvel Superheroes & X-Men, Street Fighter series, Nightstalkers series, Robot Wars, Star Gladiators and lots of other new unique characters (I still remember playing Son-son as a kid). The graphics suited the platform well, although sometimes the smooth background anims and the toonish character anims contrasted too much. The game runs perfectly even while handling over 30 characters in database and six characters in fighting scenes. The effects of the combos are cool (Hayato's sabre slash make me feels like playing SG!). And best of all, Capcom didn't make this game full 3D (I hate SFEX, but not Project Justice). They still stick to the 2Dness fun of fighting game. One minus point; there's no unique special endings for the characters like in the previous series. Another minus point; there's only 4 buttons remaining (probably following SNK style), which disoriented old-time SF gamers and beginners. Probably there will be no MvC 3. But with the advent of PS2 and its rivals, I hope my words will be negated. Ganbare Capcom!

THIS GAME IS SUPER!!!!!! BUT WE WANT SNK WITH IT |
| Big Ren from United Kingdom says (4/Dec/2002): |
This game is really good, it has 50+ including all the favourites from Street fighter, X-men along with other characters so there is a character for everyone in there. The background graphics are awesome, The sound of the game is ok but could have been better,When i bought this game and played it the first time, i was dissapointed and wanted to return it, cos it felt the same as the others Beat em ups, but as i learnt how to do all the combos and unlocked my favourites, it jus amazed me and im not gonna return it now. due to the tag team feature you can get your mates to come round and have a lot of fun with them, the lifespan of the game i will say is that it will last you for months and it will keep you occupied until Capcom, Marvel and SNK bring the most awaited game of all time. Which is MARVEL VS CAPCOM VS SNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! until then enjoy this awesome game.

Sweet I think im in love!!! |
| Brightshadow from Florida says (1/Jan/2003): |
Never has a game come so very its arcade equal. I loved the feel of paying a quarter while others dropped paycheck after paycheck in order to defeat there next opponent. This game is a must buy not only for the fan but for the diehard never say never player who wishes to beat his opponent into the very ground he stands on. Almost brings a tear to me eye

Total Clash! |
| Mike from Philippines says (18/Mar/2003): |
Totally insane, crazy and everything else. This is what it's all about. This game changed my perspective on how Capcom games would be like. This one is much different. With 56 characters, what more can I ask for?! Lots of nasty moves, infinite combos and lots of crazy hyper team ups!! And a cheap boss like Abyss, you can master this game in a day or two. I tell you, it's that EASY!!!

A new game for a new age |
| Christopher Thorne from Florida, USA says (25/Mar/2002): |
This game is awesome. It brings the best of both worlds; StreetFighter, Night Warriors, Mega-Men, X-men, Avengers, and hell, even Resident Evil. The combos are awesome. The Super and Hyper Attacks are awesome and the best part is the ability to link up to all three character's Super and Hyper Attack. The bad: there is alot of characters that are no there: Carnage from Marvel and Sagat from Street-Fighter. After three stages, the computer becomes so defensive that the winner is decalred off of the amount of health. But, overall, "Marvel vs. Capcom 2" is awesome. I hope there's a "Marvel vs. Capcom vs. SNK"

The Game of the Century........ The Best game in the world |
| A gamer from Camarillo, CA , United States says (13/Oct/2002): |
When I saw this game i thought it would be like other fighting games with 10 characters that are cheap and really cheap moves. Then when I bought it to check it out, because my friend says its f in tight. I fell in love with the game. It has 56 charcters tight moves wit hwith any way to connect with assists and the delayed hyper combos. This game should of been like a 9 1/2 because its tight but the songs for the game play are f in gay. They DONT GO WITH THE FIGHTING AT ALL. Even so the games is still the best game in the world. Until then. . . rest eays. . .

Off the Chain...naw mean!!!!!! |
| Randy from Orlando,United States says (20/Mar/2003): |
I love this game. I cant stop playin' it; its a everyday thing for me. I'm almost done with the game I just need like 20 more outfit to go and I'm finished. This game shows good grafics and everything. And the best thing I like about it is all the people you get to choose from. How many games can you find like that.I would keep playin' the game but for some reason both of my DreamCasts dont work and I'm really mad bacause thats the one and only game I play for it. I have many more other games for it but I only seem to play Marvel vs. Capcom 2. I'm just hooked on it. Now I go to my friends house to play it, but not as often. But its the fighting game out there and I think everyone should get it.
