Dynamite Cop | | ben from Durham, N.C. - usa says (22/May/2003): | OK, this game was probably one of the first dreamcast games out and it still rocks. I play it now even though I have all the game sytstems, including GBA. Now at first sight you can tell that this game is not a nice looking game which is ok because it makes up for it in numerous ways.trust me. This game is a beat-em-up game for sure. You are cops that are sent to a cruiser that has been taken over by an evil bad guy that really isn't keeping with the lastest fasions. Well anyway you're sent to the cruise ship becuase the evil master mind behind the plan has the president's daughter captive and of course you have to save her and blah, blah, blah! Enough with the story. Dynamite cop was once a arcade game that was ported to the dreamcast. And let me be the first to tell you the controls are the easiest to learn. You have a kick, punch, jump, and of course a special move. Which makes the gameplay outstanding. You are able to link tons of moves together and make awesome combo moves. The onlt bummer in this gmae is the lack of levels. I mean you have 3 levels that are pretty much the same and then 3 other levels that are the same but that in one you have a timer and in one you have only one continue and in the last one you have a timer and no continues and no power ups to use. That is pretty much the only place that DC messes up. But the gameplay makes up for it fully.
